Apps must not be shared on social media under any circumstances. Should any app be posted publicly and result in unwanted attention directed at our servers, we reserve the right to remove the relevant app panel without notice, which may cause your app to stop functioning. We recognise that some users may share content irresponsibly, inadvertently linking our brand to unauthorised activity. Please be aware that no prior warnings will be issued in such cases. The protection of our broader user community takes precedence over individual conduct.
Requesting or discussing illegal content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
All apps are sold as seen. Purchases do not constitute a lifetime licence — apps are provided on an as-is basis and are subject to change, failure, or discontinuation at any time. Should an app cease functioning, become patched, or otherwise stop working for any reason, no refund or replacement will be issued. A 30-day grace period may apply at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. This is contingent on the nature of the issue and whether the fault lies with the app itself rather than any third-party service. Issues arising from third-party services fall outside the scope of our responsibility.
Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate removal of all your apps and panels from our system. Whilst we are committed to resolving any issues on our end promptly, we are unable to permit chargebacks as a substitute for direct communication. Any disputes should be raised with us directly via Telegram before escalating to your payment provider.
